The Reason Why I Choosed BigRock Over Godaddy

I have an idea to buy a domain in Godaddy but their payment method really sucks.we can pay buy using credit card.Since i don't have a credit card.I searched on google with any domain registration site having debit card payment method and the first result BigRock came i researched about the site and how long they are serving and their reputation in wikipedia about BigRock but they started the site late 2010. I was shocked just 2years of experience is going to be scam but i saw some good reviews about the site.So i continued with that.

Godaddy Coupon Rocks But BigRock Coupon Sucks

So i gave a try i just signed up and waiting for the domain coupon for less price the actual cost of .com domain is INR 549 ($11) which is slightly larger than the Godaddy .com domain cost just $10 and their coupon code has high offers.You can buy a domain for only 1$ (some few cents).As i told you i don't have a credit card.But one of the main disadvantage of BigRock is they dont have a high offer coupon codes.They are having Coupon Code which are reducing few cents only.I think soon they will introduce high valued coupon codes.Finally i got the coupon and i used it and my .com domain reduced from INR 549 ($11) to INR 494 ($10 some cents) which is not a huge price drop but it saved some few bucks.

BigRock During The Process Of  Transaction

I don't have a debit card also but my mom has so i got from my mom with her permission.Soon after my transaction successful message appears.I was so excited and i followed the steps mentioned here for blogger domain migration from blogspot to .com.I followed each and every step but unfortunately i got stuck on the 6th step adding CNAME Records.I mistakely chosen the second radio button instead of 1st and i got a error message like this

Error Message: A,NS,MX,AAAA record Exists having same name. Please Check For Record Conflicts.

BigRock Customer Care Service Live Support Chat How They Are Clearing The Problems Very Easily

I don't have any idea how to slove this problem and then i contact the live support customer care service and they respond me within a few minutes and the conversation goes like this

For adding the records please follow this instructions: *Log in to your control panel *Select Domains >> List all orders >> Select your domain name >> Click on the FREE DNS tab >> Click on Activate DNS/Manage DNS *Click on Add A record and in that keep the host blank and enter the IP address in IPV4 and similarly follow the same procedure to add the other three IP address *Now click on CNAME record Once you add these records it takes 3 to 4 hrs for the records to reflect due to DNS propagation

BigRock guys must offer a high valued coupon that's my final word and the best alternative for Godaddy is BigRock i can surely say with my experience.Their Customer care service is fast like Hostgator.And don't get stuck by me.Be careful and step through each and every process mentioned or otherwise you will get a big convos like this.
